Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial

Murray Apps offers a free first month for all new subscribers. A one-time $47 activation fee is charged at signup to cover setup of your dedicated AI receptionist and phone number. During the trial period, you have full access to the Service.

You may cancel at any time during the free first month and you will not be charged any recurring subscription fees. The $47 activation fee is non-refundable as it covers the cost of provisioning your AI receptionist and dedicated phone number.

Monthly Subscription

After the free first month, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly plan at the rate for your selected tier: Starter at $97/month (150 minutes included, $0.09/min overage) or Professional at $147/month (300 minutes included, $0.08/min overage). Your payment method on file will be charged automatically each billing cycle.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• Your AI receptionist and phone number will be deactivated at the end of the billing period.
• Your call history and account data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Refunds

No refunds are provided for partial months or the activation fee. Once a billing cycle has begun, the charge for that month is final. We encourage you to take full advantage of the free first month to evaluate the Service before committing.

How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

1. Log in to your Murray Apps dashboard.
2. Navigate to Billing in the sidebar.
3. Click Manage Billing to access the billing portal.
4. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
